The past 5 years have flown by so fast, but in the midst of those years I wrote, read and lived. Words poured out of me and melodies flowed out the same. All these songs were backing up and in the year leading up to the recording, I became really eager to get these songs recorded.  I am excited that at last, we were able to finally record a few of these songs on our first full-length album. Now that they are done, I feel like a giant weight has been lifted off my shoulders – in a good way -- and has made room for me to work on new music.

 

Although I do not like to reveal the meaning of our songs I hope to take you on a reflective journey. A lot of myself went into this album. As James Dean once said, “Being an actor is hard. Being a man is even harder. I hope to be both before I’m done.” I like to say, “Being a musician is hard. Being a human is even harder. I hope to be both before I’m gone.”
